Connected with old friends last night. Carlo ( thats the burly guy eating popcorn) and his girl Spirit. They run the Dark Oasis. We watched the weekly entertainment, Carlo being the ringleader. He started a scene with me and we played. I enjoyed it. With a good roleplayer its easy to get back into it, no matter what or where you play. (Thats why my scenes with Dunnagh are always enjoyable). After the show I was drawn into another scene. Maybe I should hang around there more.
Then I went to A&A and got myself a new updo style.
I thought about how warmly I was welcomed back by Carlo and Spirit. And how this is really the key. If you want a good start or comeback, you need warm hearted connections.
